How a visit works

  1. Tell us about your home

    Use the estimate above, then we confirm the details by phone or a short walkthrough. No surprises at the door.

  2. Pick a regular slot

    Choose a day and arrival window that suits you. Let us in, or leave a key in a lockbox, whichever you prefer.

  3. Same checklist, every time

    We work through the room-by-room list and leave a short note of anything we spotted, like a dripping tap.

Good questions

Do I need to be home?

No. Many people give a key or lockbox code for regular visits. For a first clean, it helps to be there for ten minutes to walk through priorities.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes: cloths, vacuum, mop and products. If you’d like us to use your own products, leave them out and we will.

I have pets. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Tick “pets at home” in the estimate so we bring pet-aware products and extra time for hair on soft furnishings.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within a day and we’ll come back to put it right. The checklist exists so that it rarely happens.

Can I skip or move a visit?

Yes. Give a couple of days’ notice and we’ll find another slot, or simply skip that week.
